Love working out to a beat? Then this class is for you! Pound is a full-body workout that combines drumming with various exercises and movements. You don't need to have any musical background to enjoy this class. With the floor as your drum and Pound sticks in hand, you can't go wrong with this fun and outgoing class!

This class has been a fan favourite since the very beginning. Sculpt provides you with various full-body workouts each class. Using standard workout class equipment such as, dumbbells, booty bands, resistance bands, body weight, etc., you will find that every muscle in your body is being targeted and challenged!
PAISLEY ONLY
If you're in the search to find a new and fun way to get your cardio in, you MUST try Kangoo. Using special boots that provide you with an extra pep to your step, Kangoo will have you bouncing all the sweat out of your body. Moves and exercises will be implemented through music, to constantly keep you moving. Hello Cardio!
PAISLEY ONLY
This class is offered to beginners and Seniors that would like to include some fitness classes 1-2 times a week. Designed to improve cardiovascular flow, range of motion, balance and strength to allow participants to complete daily movements with confidence. This class includes low-impact cardio, gentle strength training and balance exercises for a functional and fun workout. Come meet people and get your body moving!
PAISLEY ONLY
One of our most popular classes! This workout hits all of the boxes. Not only will you be challenging your cardio, but your muscles will be thanking you with this full body workout. Following the instructor, you will use a provided stationary bike to pump those legs. Exercises can vary from heavy resistance peddling to low resistance, high speed. You won't want to skip this one!
ON LINE AND IN PERSON
If you're the type of person that thrives with one-on-one workouts, then our personal trainer, Melinda, is the girl for you. With her years of experience and attention to detail, Melinda will be sure to provide you with the personal experience you've been searching for!
WHAT TO BRING - Water bottle, good indoor running shoes, wear clothing that is easy to move in.
EQUIPMENT - We will provide all the equipment needed for our classes. If you have an item that you'd prefer to use, e.g., resistance band, you're more than welcome to bring them.
