Our gym is located in the back of our facility. It is exclusively offered in Paisley, ON only. You will find various updated equipment to help you target specific muscle groups. We have a wide range of machinery, dumbbells, foam rollers, bands, and the list goes on. Additionally, we have a separate room designated for cardio machines!
Here at Definition Fitness, we are continuously working at bringing in new equipment and updating our current machines to provide our clients with the most optimal experience.
Our 24 hour gym is accessed via a fob. This allows you to be able to access the gym at any time that is convenient for you! Day or night!
